Sometimes one of our Deluxe, Fully Furnished Vacation Rentals will be rented on a long term basis.  

  • This is perfect for contract personnel (including nurses) on Oahu for a longer period looking for a reduced rate but still needing all furnishings and great locations in Waikiki.

  • Or maybe you are moving here and have not decided on the part of the island you want to make home.  Or you are a long-stay student or English language student.

  • All units are fully furnished as described in the Vacation Rental Section (repeated below).

  • All units include cable & hot water.

  • All units except Orchid include electricity.

  • Telephone is not provided, however for an extra fee I will provide it.

  • This link shows currently available long term rentals and rates.

 

Below is reprinted the descriptions of various units.

  • Are clean and modern.

  • Are furnished with all bed and bath linen. Beach towels too.

  • Are non-smoking please.

  • Are furnished with all kitchenware including coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.

  • Include air conditioning, cable TV.

  • Are furnished with iron and ironing board, umbrella, detailed Oahu mapbook, vacuum.

  • Are located in a secure building with secure entry and surveillance cameras.

  • The Hibiscus & Maile are full kitchen studios located in Tradewinds Plaza steps to the beach, Kapiolani Park, the Honolulu Zoo & the beach.  

  • The Orchid studio, located in Liliuokalani Gardens, has a pool, spa, tennis and 24 hour security. Note that this unit requires a 3 month or longer rental.

  • The Gardenia, Papaya, and the Guava units, located in Seaside Towers have a pool.  Note that these units require a 1 month or longer rental.  These three units are in an older building built to take advantage of the cooling tradewinds and do not have air conditioning.  Real Hawaiiana ambiance!

Anthurium studio - available only for short term at this time. Partial ocean view, large lanai.

Rented at this time. Orchid studio. Pool, spa, tennis, full kitchen.
