The Papaya is located in Seaside Towers in the heart of Waikiki 1 1/2 blocks from the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, DFS Galleria, the Royal Hawaiian Hotel and the heart of Waikiki beach.  (Next door to the Island Colony Hotel.

The Papaya requires a stay of 1 month or longer. 

  • Spacious and bright.

  • Enjoy the tradewinds, just like old Hawaii.  Plenty of cross breezes through this building and a ceiling fan.  (Note that there is not an air conditioner in this unit.) 

  • Full kitchen includes microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all kitchenware, and microwave-ware.  Full size fridge & ceramic top stove.

  • Clothes washer and dryer in the unit.

  • Dishwasher in the unit.

  •  King bed, couch, chairs, rocker, desk, dining table and chairs.

  • Large glass windows run the width of the unit (with drapes).  

  • Four sets of bath towels and two sets of bed linen, beach towels, beach chairs and mats.

  • Iron and board, umbrella, vacuum.

  • Cable TV, VCR, Telephone (local calls free).

  • Convertible 1 bedroom has 680 sq. ft. interior (no lanai).  There is a separate bedroom area that can be closed off with (Japanese) Shoji doors for privacy or when you entertain.  There is also a large walk-in closet adjoining the bath area.

  • The kitchen can also be closed off with the Shoji doors.

  • This unit has a shower only (no bathtub).

  • Located on the 15th floor (#1506).  

  • Maximum occupancy: 2.

 
  • This is a large apartment and is considered a "convertible" 1 bedroom.  The bedroom area can be isolated by sliding doors.  See below.
