A non-refundable deposit of $450 is required within ten days of booking to secure reservation. This will be applied to total rent due. |

The balance of payment for the first month is due 10 days before arrival. |

A damage/cleaning/long distance telephone deposit of $450 is due 10 days before arrival. This is fully refundable after checkout. |

Please leave the unit clean with bathroom and kitchen clean, all floors vacuumed/swept & mopped and all linen laundered and replaced. A cleaning fee will be applied to cover light cleaning ($37 studios, $67 1 bedrooms & Mango, $97 2 bedrooms).. If moderate cleaning or laundry is required a separate fee will be charged. |
